Suk Harvey, Founder, President
Suk Harvey is President and CEO of MicroLan Systems, Inc., a small, disadvantaged, woman owned 8(a) company founded in 1988. Relying on her extensive experience with DoD and defense industry leaders, Suk defines the business strategy for the company. With close to 10 partnerships, MicroLan Systems is a key player in government, military and commercial enterprise solutions.
Ms. Harvey has many achievements and awards, including being named 2007 US Small Business Administration’s “NH Minority Small Business Person of the Year". She represented MicroLan Systems as recipient of the 2010 Diversity Business’ “Top2010 Business” award. Suk is a graduate of the Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business Executive Program. Her commitment to the arts led her to serve over nine years as board member of the Boston Celebrity Series.
John Harvey, Executive Vice President
John Harvey is responsible for contract management and leads all engineering activities at MSI. John's extensive background in program and product management, as well as acquisition, is key to the success of MSI. He has over 30 years experience with a demonstrated record of managing complex, major research and development programs. A career US Air Force officer he was engaged in airs weapons operations and systems acquisition. John's work on the Joint STARS radar and attack system focused on operations research, threat development.
Patrick Harvey, Operations Manager; Business Development Lead
Patrick Harvey joined the MSI team in early 2004 as Operations Manager. In 2008 Patrick was named Director of Operations Patrick’s focus is on both business development and the coordination of MSI’s departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Development and Marketing .)
With the goal of establishing operational efficiency, he has streamlined MSI’s business and manufacturing processes. The results have been improved customer delivery, increased corporate growth and development.
Patrick is a 2000 graduate of University of New Hampshire with a BA in English Literature and is currently pursuing his MBA at Southern New Hampshire University.
Additionally Patrick is the Co-President of the Lexington-Concord Young AFCEA organization.
Wendy Rannenberg, Director of Technology
Wendy has over 27 years of engineering experience in all phases of software development. She has worked on realtime systems, operating systems, application development and performance, application migration methodologies, software testing techniques and more. She has extensive large project management experience, has studied Six Sigma Green Belt methods and has led large, international engineering teams. Wendy has extensive experience in the development of software engineering standards and development methodoliges. She previously worked for the Naval Underwater Systems Center, Sanders Associates, Lockheed, Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq and Hewlett Packard. She has spoken at many technical conferences and is a past board member of Unicode, Inc.
